Halifax Colour Festival is organized by Indian Festival Club of Nova Scotia (IFCNS). Colour Festival is a fun and vibrant event that provides the opportunity to meet new people and make friends by throwing colours on each other. The idea behind Colour Festival is for all ages. This will be the 5th Annual Halifax Colour Festival and will be celebrated in collaboration with The Mayor's International Student Welcome Reception.
